FULL SESSION
This session balances mind, body, and spirit.
First we sip tea while accessing spiritual guidance through intuition and oracle card insight, followed by identifying an intention for this sacred time. We may go over breath and meditation techniques as well.
Then you will enjoy 10 minutes on our vibration plate (stimulating lymphatic drainage), while basking in red light with Nogier frequencies which target specific needs, mood, focus, inflammation, pain, appearance of skin, increased energy production, etc.
We then move into your Reiki Massage where you'll experience channeling, bodywork (reflexology, sacral cranial, shiatsu) light language, sound, aroma, and crystal healing. To conclude we touch base on how the experience went as well as going over aftercare.

RED LIGHT/VIBE
This offer includes 4 sessions utilizing our Red Light/Vibration Plate combo.
Vibration Plates are useful in strengthening balance, posture, coordination, and also assists in lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic drainage leads to improved blood circulation, stress relief/better sleep, and a boost in alertness.
We combine this with Red Light therapy, which is great for depression/anxiety support, cardiovascular health, immunity, pain/inflammation relief, hormone balance, and skin health (reducing appearance of cellulite/wrinkles.) Our equipment takes it one extra step and incorporates Nogier frequencies, making the light pulse (optional.) Research shows that this pulsing mirrors the brain's healthy rhythm, improving mental acuity, memory, and attention. This therapy also mimics biological conditions ocurring in nature and the body. This creates a harmonic state of being in which our cells begin functioning optimally.

TUNE UP
A basic chakra tune-up may be helpful for those who receive energy work more frequently. This could also be useful for someone who may just want an initial introduction to Reiki. During a Reiki session you will receive spiritual guidance through intuition and oracle card insight. Once we have recognized the intention for your session, we will move into your Reiki Session where you'll experience channeling, some bodywork techniques (reflexology, sacral cranial, shiatsu) may be incorporated, as well as light language, sound, aroma, and crystal healing. To conclude we touch base on how the experience went as well as going over aftercare.
Duration: 1 hour

DISTANCE REIKI
We are all connected through an energy that is part of a larger whole. By tapping into the quantum field, this energy may be channeled from practitioner to recipient. Reiki from a distance can be just as effective as in person as long as you are open and receptive to the transmission.

You will have an initiatory call for about 15 minutes. During this you receive spiritual guidance through intuition and oracle card insight. Once we have recognized the intention for your session we go over protocol for you to receive the energy. The next 30 minutes you will lay down somewhere comfortable to receive the channeling. Our Reiki Master, Dani, will channel source frequency into a surrogate and will use Reiki symbols, crystals, light language, and vocal toning to create resonance in your field. Then we will reconnect for 15 minutes after to touch base on how the experience went as well as going over aftercare.
Duration: 1 hour approx.

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
These sessions are 30 minutes in length and you will receive practical support for the metaphysical aspects of life. Together we will gain insight through intuition and oracle cards. Mindful, meditation, and breathwork techniques may be shared as a way to implement solutions to function better in your day to day. Being sensitive is a superpower and we certainly can relate to not knowing what to do when it feels like "too much." Just know, you can and have handled everything that has already come to you. We wish to just offer some friendly support along your soul journey.

PET REIKI
Animals are highly sensitive and emotional creatures. In fact, energy is their primary language. This makes Reiki and excellent choice for assisting animals at all stages of life. Reiki can assist them with symptoms of anxiety and depression and can add peace to their lives. It can also assist with those whom may have physical ailments or are aging. Pets receive this energy well and will often perk up and want more Reiki! If you see this, we can teach you techniques to use to read and transmit loving energy to your pet by yourself. If your pet is comfortable they may come to our studio, otherwise we can come to you and can work out travel expenses if you are further than 30 miles from Des Moines metro.
